How far in advance should I book?

For Vatican St. Peter's Basilica: Please book your entry tickets at least 10 hours before your visit. For the Pantheon: Ensure you book your entry tickets at least 30 minutes in advance.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Most activities can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. A few, such as reserved-entry tickets for St. Peter's Basilica and the Pantheon, are non-refundable once issued — the cancellation terms are shown on every tour page before you book.

Where exactly do we meet?

The precise meeting point, with a map and a photo of the spot, is sent in your confirmation email. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time so the group can enter together.

What happens if it rains?

Tours run in light rain — bring a small umbrella. If the weather makes a tour unsafe we contact you to move it to another day or refund you in full.

Are the tours suitable for children?

Most are. Each tour page lists a "Not suitable for" section with any age or mobility restrictions. Under-6s usually join free but still need to be added to the booking so we can plan group size.

Do I need to bring my passport?

Yes for the Pantheon & Vatican St. Peter's Basilica and any site with reserved entry, since names are checked against the ticket. A photo on your phone is not always accepted, so carry the document itself.

Is the ticket price per person or per group?

Prices shown are per person unless the tour says otherwise. Private tours are priced per group and the total is confirmed before you pay.

How do I pay, and when?

Sending a request costs nothing. We reply to confirm availability first, then send a secure payment link. We accept cards, PayPal and bank transfer.

Do your guides speak my language?

Every tour page lists its languages. English and Italian run daily; Spanish, French and German run on set days. Ask us and we will tell you the next available date in your language.
